Qigong (Chi Kung) is a simple, yet dynamic combination of physical movements, breathing techniques and mindfulness or visualizations which help harmonize body, mind and spirit. When practiced consistently, qigong can increase energy and resistance to disease, increase mental capacity, relax and balance the emotions, as well as help in any healing process.
